The company was founded in 2016 to bring to the market the first medical device for Photobiomodulation with blue light as a therapy for skin lesions. The EmoLED medical device is the result of a collaboration with leading Italian research centres, such as the European Laboratory for Non-Linear Spectroscopy (LENS) and the Institute of Applied Physics, National Research Council (IFAC-CNR).
