EPIC Technology Meeting on New Developments for Laser Microprocessing at Amplitude

Laser microprocessing includes a set of precise and versatile manufacturing processes, such as cutting, drilling, ablation, dicing or surface structuring, used to create special features and structures at the micro-scale on a wide range of materials. Different industries have taken benefit of the possibility of modifying materials with minimal thermal damage and high dimensional control, such as automotive, semiconductor, electronics, medical or aerospace.
